Individual Psychotherapy (Virtual)
$250 / session (50 minutes)
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults age 18+. My approach is holistic, meaning I treat you as a whole human being, not simply as a set of symptoms. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and draws upon psychoanalytic, existential, somatic, and spiritual orientations. I look at your whole life to help you discover what is out of balance and causing distress and work from a lens that believes the mind, body, and spirit must all be addressed for optimal wellbeing. Psychotherapy provides a space for you to explore your innermost self as well as how your relationships and the social world impact you so that ultimately, you may find a greater sense of freedom, love, and satisfaction.
As a generalist, doctoral level practitioner, I work with all types of life difficulties and treat men and women of all ages.
A few examples of things people seek my help with include overcoming codependency and people pleasing, relationship and family difficulties, development of one’s parenting approach, deciding whether to build a family or not, chronic feelings of anxiety, feelings of sadness, depression, and a sense that one is not leading a satisfying life, exploration of one’s spiritual / religious life, those in leadership positions seeking to develop their careers as well as those in the second half of their lives wanting to explore and expand themselves, women seeking to build their friendships, men struggling with anger and lack of sexual interest in their partners, and many other life afflictions.

Parenting Development + Support
$250/ session (50 minutes)
I offer parenting therapy and support to parents seeking to develop their parenting style and who are working to discover attuned ways of raising self-aware children today. In an ever-changing world, parenting can be difficult (it’s difficult when things are at their best)! I work with parents to help you identify your values and ways to connect with your child(ren) so they may grow into awake and aware human beings capable of navigating and consciously acting in the world. It can be tremendously helpful and relieving to work with someone trained in child and adolescent development as you strive to develop your parenting approach.
Couples Therapy
$350 / session (75 minutes)
I see couples who are struggling within their relationship as well as those who are seeking to deepen their knowledge of their partner and relationship. In couple’s therapy, the relationship is the patient and both people must be present during each session. It is often the case that the very things that bring people together often drive them apart. When explored with sensitivity, couples therapy may better help you understand your partner and develop a relationship that is less combative and more supportive.
*Good Faith Estimate Notice for psychotherapy services

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency medical services
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill
